2. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Emre Aydin
Korbangel 56

Email: emre@ohvious.de
The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted on Google Cloud Run, a service of the Google Cloud Platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
When you access this website, Google processes technical connection data that your browser transmits automatically (see “Server log files”) on our behalf. This is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in a technically faultless and secure presentation of our website. A data processing agreement has been concluded with Google. Where data is transferred to third countries, Google relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Content delivery network (Cloudflare)
To deliver this website securely and efficiently, we use the content delivery network and security services of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”). Cloudflare acts as an intermediary between your browser and our hosting and processes connection data such as your IP address in order to deliver content, defend against attacks (e.g. DDoS) and ensure availability.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in the secure and performant operation of this website. A data processing agreement has been concluded with Cloudflare; transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information can be found in Cloudflare’s privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
5. Server log files
The hosting and delivery providers automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- anonymised or shortened IP address
- date and time of the request
- the page or file requested and the amount of data transferred
- browser type and version
- operating system
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
This data is not merged with other data sources and is not evaluated on a personal basis. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interest in secure and functional operation. Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for operation and security.
6. No tracking, no cookies, no analytics
This website uses no analytics or tracking services (such as Google Analytics), no advertising networks and no social media plugins. No profiles of your behaviour are created and no non-essential cookies are set. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.
7. Contact by email
This website has no contact form. If you contact us by email, the information you provide (your email address, name and the content of your message) is stored for the purpose of handling your request and in case of follow-up questions. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise on our legitimate interest in responding to the request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
This data is deleted once your request has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion. You may object to the processing at any time.
8. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of your browser begins with “https://”.
9. Your rights
With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise your rights, an informal message to emre@ohvious.de is sufficient.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart (baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de).
11. Updates to this policy
We update this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or to the legal basis make it necessary. The current version is always available on this page. You can find our legal notice here.
